The classic blonde, amber and dark ones, but also with local flavors such as chestnut, apple, walnuts, oranges and lemon. Without, obviously, forgetting the particularities present in Sardinia such as the prickly pear, passing through the sapa and arriving at the uniquely Sardinian one, the Pompia.

The craft beer movement in Italy as in Sardinia has grown exponentially over the years, carving out an increasingly less niche space with growing productions throughout the island, so much so that in 2022 the Sardinian beer movement generated around 4 million liters thanks to the approximately 60 producers (out of 1,182 craft breweries in Italy) including craft breweries and "beer firms" (companies that do not have their own production plant and make their beers at other companies) EXMÈ BEER FESTIVAL.

Numbers that still have a lot of room for improvement, especially if an entirely Made in Sardine supply chain were created. An attempt that is already underway thanks to the actions of Coldiretti Sardegna, the Consorzio Birra Italiana, the Sardinian cereal growers and above all the many Sardinian craft breweries, such as those who gathered on the occasion of the fifth edition of ExMè Beer Festival, the event in course in Nuoro, now consolidated and dedicated to the Sardinian brewing supply chain.

For the far-reaching occasion for the panorama of the island sector and beyond, promoted by ExMè in collaboration with Coldiretti and Campagna Amica Nuoro-Ogliastra, seven local breweries of excellent quality in the island panorama came together: Birrificio Ilienses (Lanusei ); Marduk Brewery (Irgoli), Nora Brewery (Oliena); Santu Jorgi (Bitti); Zemyna Brewery (Nuoro); Masko Brewery (Funds); Trulla Brewery (Nuoro). The breweries are offering their specialties alongside fun and moments of reflection with the many events scheduled for the two days including music, food and conferences.
