There are 13 Sardinian candidates in the European elections on 8 and 9 June. The deadlines for submitting lists in the five constituencies into which Italy is divided expired at 8pm. The Islands district includes Sicily and Sardinia.

Here are the Sardinian candidates.

For Fratelli d'Italia the deputy Salvatore Deidda . On the Forza Italia-Reformatori-Noi moderate candidates list are the exponent of the Sardinian Reformers Michele Cossa and Lula's former mayor and former MEP Maddalena Calia . The League is nominating former senator from Nuoro Lina Lunesu .

The M5s is aiming for two Sardinians on the list: Cinzia Pilo and Matteo Porcu . Avs has chosen Francesco Muscau , regional coordinator of the Greens, while the candidate from the Italian Left, already announced, is Ilaria Salis , the teacher of Sardinian origins detained in Hungary. In the Democratic Party, psychologist Angela Quaquero , former president of the Province of Cagliari, is in the field.

Candidates with Michele Santoro's movement "Peace, land, dignity" are Gianni Fresu , former regional secretary of the Communist Refoundation, and Elisa Monni . The regional coordinator of the People of the Family, Barbara Figus , is a candidate with Libertà, the electoral cartel of Cateno De Luca .

Azione focuses, instead, on Nicola Trudu . For United States of Europe (IV and +Europe) the Sardinian candidate is Pierina Putzolu (Psi) .
