A sector that represents an ancient world, but always new, thanks to the work, commitment and passion of the producers and which is increasingly intercepting a green line, appearing on the market as new protagonists, fresh forces, young people and women ", he declared Giorgio Mencaroni, president of the Chamber of Commerce of Umbria and of the coordination committee of Ercole Olivario, at the end of the event.
