Tomorrow at 2.30 pm the lecture hall of the rectorate of the University of Cagliari hosts the presentation of the II level Master in "Digitization of the electrical system for the energy transition" by the professors of the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering , under the supervision of the Vice-Rector of Innovation and territory, Fabrizio Pilo.

The training course is organized as part of the “Tyrrhenian Lab” , the collaboration agreement between Terna, the Italian company that manages the national electricity transmission grid, and the universities of Cagliari, Palermo and Salerno. Digitization, artificial intelligence, communications and advanced control will be the key chapters of a path that aims to deepen the current and future challenges of the energy sector .

The rector Francesco Mola, the director of Grid-Terna development strategies and the president of the Master's Scientific Committee, Francesco Del Pizzo and Professor Pilo take part in the works. Registrations for the call - open since yesterday - expire on 18 September.

The course is twinned with two other similar masters, organized by the universities of Palermo and Salerno, again as part of the Tyrrhenian Lab agreement , which unites Terna with the universities.
