Two levels of intervention, but there's far from agreement on the second. Indeed, it raises the awareness that the renewable energy assault is about to take place, authorized directly by Rome.
At the heart of this is the energy issue. On the one hand, the green light for the methane gasification decree, which should allow us to say goodbye to coal.
On the other hand, the Council of Ministers approved amendments to the Consolidated Law on Energy, which, on Viale Trento and its surroundings, has been welcomed like a bowl of hot soup at lunchtime these days: "We are already studying the regulatory framework," says Industry Councillor Emanuele Cani , "to understand how long we will have to tolerate these encroachments on our powers. Moreover, we approved the so-called acceleration areas by August 31st, under penalty of being placed under special administration. In the legislative decree, everything depends not on the impact of the individual project on the local situation, but on calculations divorced from our realities. We will oppose it at all costs." The initiative by Palazzo Chigi amends and supplements the Consolidated Law on Renewable Energy.
