Elmas, "booking error for the time change, passengers on the ground"

I am here to write to you because this morning I and others strolled we ran into a booking error by Volotea, which did not calculate the time change at the time of booking with a discrepancy with the boarding pass.

We booked for the 9.20 flight V71126 from Cagliari to Linate, but upon arrival at the airport in Elmas (at 7.20) for check-in and boarding, we discovered that the flight was already departing as it was anticipated (due to the change from now) and then with other passengers we found ourselves on the ground with the impossibility of embarking.

Some have 'solved' the problem by checking in advance online (those who did not have checked baggage) where the correct time was communicated, but those like me, with an international flight in transit in Milan, had to load a heavy luggage, he was obliged to do the physical check-in, and therefore we kept the original booking as a reference, which was not in line with the correct flight time.

Unfortunately or fortunately, I was the only one who managed to convince the Volotea supervisor at the switchboard, for today's flight change, since in Milan during the day I have a transit to a location outside Europe, but other travelers have not had the same luck. The operator says it was a 'favor' granted only for my urgency but that it could not have been done.

The problem remains because I will risk losing the transit and therefore there may be additional costs beyond the mandatory PCR test for overseas which may expire before the flight.
