Elisabetta Canalis makes her debut in kick-boxing.

The model and showgirl of Sardinian origin, but resident in the States for years, will make her debut in the ring on Saturday 18 June, at the Reggia di Venaria Reale, home to the 12th edition of “The Night of Kick and Punch”, a gala dedicated to ring sports.

Canalis, already godmother of the event and passionate about kick-boxing for years (she trains with the former world champion), will fight against Rachele Muratori on the distance of three rounds of one and a half minutes each with the rules of the low-style style. kick: punches from the waist up and kicks to the face, body and legs.

"Kickboxing for me means balance, stability - explains Elisabetta - and also a lot of sweat. I have been training constantly for some time and I love this discipline because it requires, in addition to physical effort, a lot of concentration on oneself and also on the opponent. Persevere in the combined work on body and mind, which can be an ally but also an opponent in life and in the ring, has allowed me over the years to improve my inner stability. I can't wait for 18 to arrive, and to be able to fight ".
