" The data of the missing sections that we have from our list representatives leaves us calm, we will wait for what the Court of Appeal of Cagliari tells us ."

So Alessandra Todde on "In half an hour" on Rai3, interviewed by Monica Maggioni who asked her for clarification on the regional chaos.

The president (not yet proclaimed) of the Region displays tranquility ( "Yes, you can call me president" , she says in the evening in another interview on Rai3, on the program "Chesarà") and speaks of a much higher gap than what we think it would be according to some center-right exponents: «We are waiting for the last sections to be scrutinized, there are 22 but we have a range between 1,450 and 1,600 which leaves us calm. A gap far from the 200-400 votes I heard about a few days ago ."

Todde also explains that « the total recount is not provided for by law, an appeal can be made but it must be motivated precisely and on the individual sections . I'm very calm, then naturally we wait for the communication from the Court of Appeal."

But once again the numbers don't add up: Todde speaks, like his staff yesterday, of 22 sections to be scrutinized, but on the regional portal with the official data there are 19. Data reiterated today by the Region's press office.

Todde then spoke about the electoral campaign: « I did not behave as a people leader , but as an interpreter of the coalition and the coalition supported me in a decisive and passionate manner. We must also dispel the myth of the lone man or woman in charge." He confirmed that he will go to Abruzzo on March 8, "women's day", on the occasion of the closing of the electoral campaign.

And she thanked "above all" the women of the coalition, because "if after 75 years of the history of Sardinia's autonomy there was the possibility of electing a woman president it is thanks to the incredible work that the women of the Movement, of the Democratic Party have done and of all the lists that supported us. Now when I go around I meet many women who stop me and tell me that they believe in a change that can be interpreted by a female figure ."
