From Hungary to the Netherlands, Lando Norris's magical moment continues. Nearly a month after his success in Budapest, the F1 world champion repeated his feat at Zandvoort, finishing in a race as fiercely contested as the chess game of pit stops and on-track overtaking. The two Mercedes drivers finished second and third, Kimi Antonelli ahead of George Russell, who was "convinced" to give up his place to his teammate at the end. Ferrari's pursuit of the podium came to a halt, with Lewis Hamilton followed by Charles Leclerc.

"We could have achieved a better result today," admitted Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseur. Antonelli can be satisfied, despite a difficult day: with 242 points, the championship leader has extended his lead to 59 points over Russell and Hamilton , 83 points over Norris, and 87 points over Leclerc.

The most disappointed was Max Verstappen: he wanted to say goodbye to his home circuit - his last appearance on the calendar - with a memorable performance, but instead the violent impact against the barriers at the end of the first of 72 laps immediately took him out of the race.
