Less than 48 hours after their EuroCup victory against Dubrovnik/Ragusa, Dinamo Women are back on the field tomorrow at 3 p.m., playing away to Tortona for the second matchday of the Women's Serie A championship.
Coach Paolo Citrini: "I'm happy with the EuroCup game because I was able to let all the girls play, rewarding them for their work during the week and giving some players a rest since we're playing after 48 hours. Objectively, the opponents we've faced have helped us so far, but now against a strong, well-rounded, Final Four-caliber team, we need to take another step."
Former Tortona player Sara Toffolo plays: “She’s a player who always does well wherever you put her.”
Winger Martina Spinelli emphasizes the importance of team play: "The coach gives us confidence, gives us freedom, and we like to move the ball around and bring out the best in our teammates."
