The win secures a lead over last-place Udine, which lost tonight in Tortona. Tomorrow at noon against Trento, the PalaSerradimigni hosts the home debut of coach Veljko Mrsic, who previously led Dinamo in Mestre against Venezia and then in Romania, in Valcea.

The visiting team has lost its last three league games and has several doubtful players: Hassan (flu), Jones (shin splints), and Jogela (muscle strain). Center Bayehe is also not at his best.

Coach Mrsic prefers to focus on the team he's been leading for a week. "We have to be consistent on defense: sometimes we defend well for 15-20 seconds and then we let up, allowing easy baskets."

Against a team that has its most prolific players at point guard and guard positions (Steward, Battle, and Jones if he recovers), one-on-one defense and controlling the pace will be crucial.
