The exit from the Europe Cup was fatal for coach Nenad Markovic. Dinamo Banco di Sardegna issued a statement explaining that "he has been relieved of his duties as head coach. The club thanks coach Markovic for the work done this year and wishes him the best professional and personal successes".

The team does not return to Sassari but goes directly from Spain to Naples where on Sunday at noon it faces a delicate match for salvation. Dinamo for the championship match will be entrusted to Massimo Bulleri.
