The important news in the field of online practices takes place tomorrow. From 1 February it will be possible to change residence via the internet thanks to the activation of the service by the first thirty or so Italian Municipalities identified in agreement with Anci.

Since last January 18 all the Italian municipalities are in the National Registry, so the data of 67 million citizens are now in a digital database. The new method allows those registered to change their residence for the transfer from any municipality, or from abroad for Italian citizens registered in the AIRE (Registry of Italians Resident Abroad) to one of the municipalities involved and the change of home in one of the participating municipalities.

You can access the registry portal with your digital identity (Spid, Electronic Identity Card or National Service Card) and fill in the registry declaration following the instructions in the reserved area of citizen services.

The administrations adhering to the first application are: Alessandria, Altamura, Bagnacavallo, Bari, Bergamo, Bologna, Brescia, Carbonia , Castel San Pietro Terme, Cesena, Cuneo, Florence, Forlì, Laives, Latina, Lecco, Lierna, Livorno, Oristano , Pesaro , Potenza, Prato, Rosignano Marittimo, San Lazzaro di Savena, San Severino Marche, Teramo, Trani, Treia, Trento, Valsamoggia, Venice.
