Public notice to support the Porto Torres complex industrial crisis area. It is contained in the circular of the Ministry of Enterprise and Made in Italy for the selection of entrepreneurial initiatives in the "Porto Torres industrial hub" area through recourse to the aid scheme pursuant to law 181/1989.

The Project is aimed at relaunching industrial activities, safeguarding employment levels, supporting investment programs and entrepreneurial development in the territory of the Municipalities of Sassari and Porto Torres. The concessions are granted in the form of a contribution towards the plant account, any direct contribution to the expenditure and subsidized financing.

Applications for subsidies must be submitted starting from 12 noon on 12 September 2023 and until 12 noon on 14 November 2023. The subsidies are granted in the form of a contribution to the plant account, any direct contribution to expenditure and subsidized financing, under the conditions and within the limits of the maximum aid intensities set out in the Regulation (EU).

Entrepreneurial initiatives must include investment programs with eligible expenses of no less than one million euros. In the case of an investment program presented by business networks, the individual investment programs of the companies participating in the network must include total eligible expenses of no less than 400 thousand euros.
