Cremonese, emergency in attack and midfield for the match at the Domus
With Vardy and Sanabria absent in attack, Giampaolo will likely rely on Bonazzoli and Okereke. Maleh and Thorsby will be missing in midfield.

Cremonese's attack is in full emergency mode in Saturday's relegation play-off against Cagliari at the Domus.
James Vardy, Antonio Sanabria, and Faris Moumbagna are all out due to injury, so the only confirmed starter is Federico Bonazzoli, the team's top scorer with seven goals. Okereke will most likely be alongside him.
There are also problems in midfield with Maleh's suspension and Thorsby's injury, Payero's return to the starting lineup is possible.
The former Luperto will be regularly on the pitch in central defence.
