Contemporary art bursts into the hospitality spaces of the Abi d'Oru with the open air exhibition “Private Revelations” .

The quote by Jean Dubuffet "Art does not sleep in the beds that have been prepared for it" was chosen by the hotel overlooking the Marinella Bay to introduce the exhibition curated by Francesca Alfano Miglietti , admirable throughout the season.

«The places of art are those where there is art and not just those designated for it – claims the art expert and curator of international exhibitions – an unexpected art, which is discovered by looking up , getting closer, listening . An art that comes together."

Here the works on display are already shown in the hotel lobby, here are "Sewing drawing on paper" by Franko B and "Endeless Love" by Valerio Berruti , there are the Bracieri by Gianni Cinti and the works by Cesare Fullone are from the Acidi series , then the blurred ones and “The Blurred Ones: Antioco” – in the intimate spaces of the Spa – i.e. the erotic portraits of Antonio Marras, while next to the hotel boutique there is the installation “Sum of small spaces” with the “dress ”, “bag”, “carpet” by the sculptor Daniela Novello.

In front of the windows overlooking the sea, the spaces are decorated with the works “Sightings, Inside and Mirror” by Marco Paganini , and, again, embroidery and neon with the works of Aldo Runfola , at the Abi d'Oru with “Untitled black embroidery ”.

The underlying theme of the exhibition is the choice of a meeting, in a new setting, a poetic place, perfect for giving life to new experiences: the hotel.

«The hotel is a place where guests arrive, leave, meet new places and people», intervenes Diana Zuncheddu , CEO of the Hotel. «At the Abi d'Oru they will also be able to meet these artists, first through their works and then live, for a rendezvous from October 10th, where they will come into contact with the local artisans, and, perhaps, give life to new works".
