"The enthusiasm, the team spirit, the connection with the players: all of this has made Dinamo special, and we're working to make it that way again," said coach Luca Vitali this morning at the team presentation held at the Acrisure headquarters.
Hosting the event was CEO Francesco Sardara: "We're at year zero after relegation. Making people fall in love with Dinamo again is more important than results, even if the goal of climbing back to the top as soon as possible remains."
It will be a team more accessible to fans: all preparations will take place in Sassari, with one training day per week open to the public, and all friendlies, except one, will also be played on the island, between Cagliari, Oristano, Olbia and, of course, Sassari.
Coach Paolo Citrini explained the transfer strategies he and coach Vitali adopted: "We've chosen players who have won the A2 league and players who want to make a splash, but above all, guys who are easy for the fans to identify with." And coach Vitali added: "It will be a versatile team, with big men and players with good hands who can both score and pass the ball."
