Asd Monastir 1983 dissociates itself and distances itself from the events that occurred last January 26 before the match against Tempio, after learning from the police of the measures taken for the clashes that occurred outside the facility .
The club reiterates that, inside the stadium, during the match with Tempio, nothing happened before, during and after the game , with spectators in the stands who calmly watched the match and with the two teams who met up for the third half, offered as per tradition by our fans.
The club emphasizes that what happened cannot be related to sport in any way . "Those who participated in these clashes have nothing to do with us and, as a club, we condemn the episodes," says the president of Asd Monastir 1983, Marco Carboni.
"Our fans everywhere form twinning relationships with opposing supporters, as happened last Sunday in Villasimius. As a club, we had moved before the match with the police, whom we thank for their presence, and they can testify that nothing happened inside the stadium and that our fans are not involved in the incident."
