Piero Chiambretti wins the second round with justice.
The Court of Appeal of Turin has reduced the amount of the monthly allowance to be allocated to the 11-year-old daughter from the relationship (which ended a few years ago) with his ex-partner, Federica Laviosa , from 3,000 to 1,500 euros .
In 2022, in the first instance, the court had instead confirmed the amount of the sum.
«I'm neither enthusiastic nor disappointed – commented the conductor – These are always difficult things, there is a little girl involved. There is nothing to rejoice in." Chiambretti had asked for a reduction of the amount (to 800 euros) stating that his income has dropped.
«This whole story – Laviosa told Corriere – stems from the grudge he has for me: he wants to make me pay, he wants to avenge. Since we broke up, I've been single for seven years, thinking only of my daughter. A few years ago, I had found a boyfriend: and he lost his mind».
“I've always done everything for her, everything I could to make her feel good. The priority is my daughter,” he continues, denying that he has ever spent a penny on himself. And he attacks his ex-boyfriend again: « We're talking about a person with assets of around 15 million euros. And let's talk about your daughter .'
The woman would be willing to appeal to the Supreme Court.
