Castelsardo, important agreement with the Union of Municipalities Alta Gallura for the establishment of the Suapee
The desk will be officially operational from 1 July
Important agreement between the municipality of Castelsardo and the Union of municipalities of Alta Gallura for the performance of support activities for the services of the one-stop shop for productive activities, construction and energy sectors (Suapee).
The deed, signed by the mayor of Castelsardo Antonio Capula and by the president of the Union of Mayors of Alta Gallura Giovanni Andrea Oggiano, effectively sanctions the start of the important collaboration relationship between the two entities.
"The one-stop shop will be a valid tool that will ensure the simplification of all procedures relating to building practices and production of goods and services - underlines the mayor Antonio Capula -. It will also give a new impetus for the economic development of the area".
The desk will be officially operational from 1 July , it will carry out preliminary verification activities, such as issuing a receipt, calling service conferences and issuing single measures, while others, such as those of commerce, are and remain the responsibility of the municipality or other bodies such as ASL , Landscape Protection Office and Superintendency.
The Single Desk for Productive Activities for Construction and Energy is in fact the only interlocutor for those who want to start or develop these activities and also for citizens who have to carry out a building intervention. Citizens must electronically submit their file to Suapee by filling in the DUA (Single Enabling Declaration) and attaching the necessary forms, which will be taken over and instructed by qualified technicians who work at the Tempio Pausania counter.
The agreement will last three years and is added to the agreements of the municipalities of Aggius, Bortigiadas, Calangianus, Luogosanto and Luras.
The President of the Union of Municipalities Alta Gallura, Giovanni Andrea Oggiano , does not hide his satisfaction. "The Suapee is an innovative tool - he says - with qualified personnel able to simplify and complete the procedures in a single office, with a considerable amount of time saved by users ".
