Christmas once again becomes a challenge and healthy competition for whoever will make the prettiest crib: in fact, this time in the form of a competition after the Covid break , the new edition (the twelfth) of "In mine among the cribs", organized by the Museo del Coal. Participation is free and open to all schools, associations, groups and private individuals.

This year's edition once again provides the opportunity to participate in the competition , which in the past has made the initiative more incentive because it triggered a healthy sense of rivalry and competition. While in the Christmas spirit, may the best man win. In fact, the competition unleashes the artistic imagination of each candidate: the participants will be able to create mini cribs or small Christmas trees with handcrafted decorations, each participant will be able to exhibit only one work, made with any material and technique, according to their own taste.

The exhibition will be set up in the main hall of the Museum and can be visited free of charge from 8 December to 6 January . Since it is a competition, visitors will receive a form at the entrance to vote for their favorite nativity scene and tree. The winners in each of the two categories (cribs and trees) will be entitled to a prize worth 150 euros in stationery and DIY. However, it is always possible to participate out of competition.
