Calderoli hospitalized in Oncology for checks

Roberto Calderoli, minister of regional affairs and autonomies, is hospitalized for some checks at the Veneto Oncological Institute in Padua .
"After many, even too many, postponements, first for the deposit of the symbol, then for that of the lists, then for the electoral campaign, then for the establishment of the Chambers, then for the formation and oath of the Government, in the end I managed to do my hospital stay for a couple of days , "he explains.
At the hospital he met the president of Veneto Luca Zaia with whom, he said, "we worked on autonomy".
"This afternoon - continues the note from Calderoli - I received a very welcome visit to the hospital from the governor of Veneto, Luca Zaia, to whom a historic friendship binds me, and as always we have not lost the opportunity to work a couple of hours , to study and design what is in the heart of both, that is autonomy : Luca and I have very clear ideas on the subject and we think in the same way about the path to follow and the goal to be achieved and we are enthusiastic about our project ".
In 2019 Calderoli revealed that he had bowel cancer for which he had to undergo eight surgeries in ten years.
