Cagliari, transfer summit and training at the stadium 2 points behind Carrarese
Giulini, Bonato and Nicola at lunch to outline strategies for the last twenty days of the summer session

For Cagliari, the countdown to the official start of the new season is now in full swing. Two days before the debut in the Coppa Italia against Carrarese (Monday at 9:15 pm at the Domus for the thirty-second finals), this morning Davide Nicola's team trained at the stadium for the first time this season, thus doing a test run in preparation for the match. The main rossoblù managers were present at the session, led by president Tommaso Giulini and sporting director Nereo Bonato.
At the end of the training, the last two, together with Nicola, had lunch in a restaurant in the center for a market summit, in which they outlined the strategies in view of the last twenty days of the summer session that will end on August 30th.
Among the main topics are the search for an attacking midfielder, with Gianluca Gaetano always a priority name, and the expiry of Yerry Mina's clause (today is the last day) who reiterated his desire to stay at Cagliari.
