Cagliari returned to the field this afternoon at the Crai Sport Center in Assemini, after a Sunday left free by Davide Nicola following the 3-1 defeat on Saturday against Como . Four players left: Sebastiano Luperto, who did not play on Saturday due to a muscle problem, Yerry Mina, who will try to recover for Venezia after the injury with Fiorentina, Florinel Coman and Jakub Jankto. The next few days will give further indications on their conditions, to understand if they will be able to recover (especially the first two).
The rossoblù are also waiting for the match time: Cagliari-Venezia, barring any surprises, will be played on Sunday at 20:45, as will almost all of the rest of the penultimate matchday . The official announcement from Lega Serie A will arrive tomorrow. Meanwhile, considering the possibility of a play-off between Inter and Napoli (which – if that happens – should be played before the Nerazzurri's Champions League final, scheduled for May 31st against PSG), the match of the last matchday against the Partenopei could be brought forward to Thursday 22nd.
