Almost 9,500 renewals: well over half the capacity of the Unipol Domus, which can accommodate up to approximately 16,400 spectators (including the away sector). These are the – noteworthy – figures from the first phase of Cagliari's season ticket campaign, which began on June 23 and ended yesterday . More than two-thirds of last season's 13,500 cards have already been confirmed, with the same seat and the same sector, and more are set to be added between today and tomorrow.
The second phase of the season ticket campaign started at 3pm and will last until 11.59pm tomorrow, Tuesday 8 July. On this occasion, fans who had already purchased a season ticket in the last Serie A can confirm it but in a different sector and/or seat, unless there is an early closure due to availability . Prices start from 270 euros in the two curves, 500 euros in Distinti Nord and Alti, 600 euros in Distinti Centrali, 1,000 euros in Tribuna Blu and 1,400 euros in Tribuna Rossa, with reductions for women, Under 18 (born after 31 August 2007), Over 65 (born before 31 August 1960) and Under 12 (born after 31 August 2013).
From 10am on Friday 11th until 11.59pm on Sunday 13th the third phase, dedicated to Islanders membership holders, who will be able to sign up for a new season ticket in advance. Then, from 10am on next Monday, the free sale will last for the rest of July, always subject to availability of additional seats . For new season ticket holders the prices are slightly higher: 300 euros in the curves, 600 in Distinti Nord and Alti, 700 in Distinti Centrali, 1,100 in Tribuna Blu and 1,500 in Tribuna Rossa, always with reductions for women, Under 12, Under 18 and Over 65.
Cagliari's goal, since the beginning of the season ticket campaign, was to exceed the 13,500 cards of last season, which is the record since the rossoblù played at Unipol Domus (2017-2018) . Having reached (and broken through) the 9,000 mark already in the first phase, only with renewals, is a sign of the fans' closeness and desire to see Fabio Pisacane's team in action, which will start the season on Thursday with a meeting at the Crai Sport Center in Assemini awaiting the first day of Serie A on Sunday 24 August at 18:30 with Cagliari-Fiorentina .
