All that is missing is the official status, but the Sardinians have decided: in Cagliari they will support the centre-right candidate Alessandra Zedda and in Alghero they will line up in the same coalition with Marco Tedde.

The Sardinian Action Party had torn with its allies in the capital just when there was a convergence on the candidate expressed by the League, which had brought everyone in agreement (Reformatori, Fratelli d'Italia, Forza Italia and Sardegna al Centro 20venti) except them: until that morning the Quattro Mori had brought forward the name of Gianni Chessa for the race for the highest seat in Palazzo Bacaredda. "We leave a free hand to all our territorial sections", the party leaders had announced when sanctioning the split.

In the meantime, however , the former regional councilor for Tourism, together with the other regional councilor Piero Maieli, in turn broke with the president of the party Antonio Moro and with the national secretary Christian Solinas: Chessa in Cagliari will carry forward his own civic list which it will be called Sardegna Popolare , outside the Psd'Az. But always in support of Alessandra Zedda.

Now the Quattro Mori have decided to restore the relationship with the centre-right candidate. Even in Sassari they will go to the same side, which is expressed by Gavino Mariotti. Meredismo orientation in Alghero, with Tedde.

The possibility of a confluence, in the capital, with the Civic candidate Giuseppe Farris has therefore been denied in practice, having denied any possibility of alliances with those who have already governed Cagliari in the last ten years.
