Cagliari's technical team is formed: Andrea Cossu, Roberto Muzzi and Gianluca Longo have been called to work with the sporting director Guido Angelozzi . They will be involved in monitoring and supporting the players on loan, in scouting activities and in coordination with the youth sector, the club announced.
Two years ago, Longo received recognition as the best scouting area manager in Serie B. One of the most appreciated scouts in Italy, "he stood out for his acumen in identifying emerging talents and for an analytical and meticulous approach to scouting." Cossu, 270 appearances for the rossoblù, after retiring from football, immediately embarked on a managerial career in the technical and scouting areas of Cagliari , working to identify the profiles of greatest interest for the team, on the national and international front.
