The former Minister and the Secretary General of the CEI will speak in the great hall of the archiepiscopal seminary

There is great anticipation for the arrival of former Justice Minister Marta Cartabia, who in 2022, during the technical government led by Mario Draghi, authored the latest reform of the Italian judicial system in compliance with the directives imposed at the time by the European Union.

Tomorrow, Thursday, October 2, at 9:00 p.m., in the main hall of the Archiepiscopal Seminary of Cagliari , at Via Mons. Cogoni 9, a meeting is scheduled on the theme "Healing Wounds: Justice as a Cure," promoted by the Diocesan Office of University Pastoral Care in collaboration with the Sant'Efisio College.

The event will feature the renowned jurist, professor at Bocconi University in Milan and President Emeritus of the Constitutional Court, and Msgr. Giuseppe Baturi, Archbishop of Cagliari and Secretary General of the Italian Episcopal Conference.

The dialogue will offer an opportunity to reflect on the connection between law, justice, and the human dimension, from the perspective of a society capable of addressing personal and community fragilities and wounds.

"This is an important space for cultural, spiritual, and civic exchange and education," the organizers explain, "open to all who wish to explore the major issues of our time in light of the Gospel and the social doctrine of the Church."

Admission is free until seats are filled.
