Zito Luvumbo and Yerry Mina's return to the group has been postponed again. Two days before Milan-Cagliari (Saturday at 8:45 p.m., referee Matteo Marchetti from the Ostia Lido section ) the two rossoblù players trained separately, in the session the day before the match at the Crai Sport Center in Assemini. The attacker has been out since December 14th due to a sprained left ankle, the defender was replaced early in the last three matches: against Venezia and Inter due to a problem with his left calf (which he has not completely recovered from), against Monza also due to a hard blow to his right ankle suffered by Dany Mota.
Tomorrow morning the last training session before leaving for Milan, where they will decide on their call-up. The presence of Mina is more feasible, that of Luvumbo is unlikely . Today's session, after a technical activation, saw a tactical part carried out in function of the match and tests on set pieces.
At 12.30 tomorrow the press conference of Davide Nicola, who after the success of Monza will be called to a real feat: at the Meazza, against Milan, just 4 victories in 46 games for Cagliari in its history . The last success dates back to June 1, 1997 (0-1, goal by Roberto Muzzi at the start), then 19 defeats (the last 3 consecutive and conceding at least 4 goals) and only 2 draws, in 1999 and 2021.
