Cagliari are back on the pitch right away, having resumed training at the Crai Sport Center in Assemini the day after their 2-1 defeat to Sassuolo. A morning session began preparations for the Lazio match, with the matchday ten match at the Stadio Olimpico on Monday at 8:45 PM ( refereed by Juan Luca Sacchi, Macerata ).
Four players are missing: Alessandro Deiola, Nicola Pintus, Boris Radunović, and Marko Rog. Five players are injured, including Andrea Belotti, while Yerry Mina is recovered, although he was on the bench yesterday. Adam Obert, suspended by the Sports Judge for his yellow card yesterday, will also be missing for Lazio-Cagliari.
Cagliari had two training groups today: the players most heavily involved in yesterday's match completed a warm-down session in the gym. For the others, after their warm-up, the staff planned technical drills, including possession drills, and a match played on a reduced-size pitch. Tomorrow afternoon training, followed by Sunday's finishing touches and the departure for Rome.
