A rich and varied calendar is what the Siotto Gallery offers from this Thursday until June 29 to all art lovers. The exhibition space of the homonymous Foundation in via Dei Genovesi 114 in Cagliari opens its season with the exhibition “Nova Express” (until February 9) by the artist from Ozieri Riccardo Camboni curated by Roberta Vanali. The exhibition presents fifteen works (acrylic paintings) inspired by the book of the same name by William Burroughs, the most politicized by the American author. The paintings, of various sizes, cover the last two years of the artist's activity.

Alice Deledda, curator of the exhibition section of the Siotto Foundation and also of the various exhibitions scheduled starting in February, explains: « The Gallery hosts artists who, with different techniques and their attentive gaze, reflect on our contemporaneity and current events . All this goes hand in hand with the bridge created with the boys and girls of Sulcis who will have the opportunity to experience how a cultural event is born». And so from 13 February to 2 March the protagonists will be the analog photographs of boundless landscapes of “Distopia” by Valeria Masu.

From March 27 to April 13 (in collaboration with the city of Matera) it is Luca Centola's turn. The photographer presents his "Disamparadu" . From April 24 to 27, the Siotto Gallery will also offer a look at the history of the Armenian diaspora with "Ashkhar: between heaven and earth" by Sonya Orfalian .
