Cagliari Calcio has a new Board of Directors. The shareholders' meeting, after approving the financial statements for the financial year ending June 30, 2025, elected the club's new Board of Directors .
The new addition to the company, Sulcis-born entrepreneur Maurizio Fiori, is the new deputy to Tommaso Giulini, who retains his position as president.
Carlo Catte and Stefano Melis, both directors and managing directors, remain on the board of directors. Prashant Gupta and Fedele Usai remain directors.
With the appointment of the new Board of Directors, the meeting defined the Club's new governance structure: outgoing director Nicola Riva will continue the path he has already embarked on in his role as Club Ambassador, while Giangiacomo Ibba, Alessandro Manunta, and Stefano Signorelli are extended heartfelt thanks for their commitment, dedication, and significant contributions to the Club during their tenure.
The meeting also appointed the Board of Statutory Auditors for the next three years, confirming Luigi Zucca as president, who will be joined by Piero Sanna Randaccio and Sergio Martone as acting auditors.
Nico Pinna Parpaglia deserves warm thanks for the dedication and professionalism he demonstrated in carrying out his duties. The three-year statutory audit contract was awarded to Ria Grant Thornton.
