Even in Cagliari, shopkeepers have decided to hang their bills in the window, to underline the record increases and the ever higher costs for gas and electricity .

"Everyone must know the real situation", explains Emanuele Frongia, president of Fipe Confcommercio Sud Sardegna . "The expensive energy is taking on the profile of a real emergency with costs that have tripled within a year and with prospects of further deterioration, Government measures are not sufficient and we are awaiting a response to have the credit enhancement ".

In the capital there are already about twenty merchants who have decided to join , posting the old invoices next to the most recent ones, to allow customers to get an idea of the difference between the amounts paid yesterday and those to be paid today due to price increases.

"It cannot be ruled out that in the coming months the inflationary pressure will also significantly transfer to the lists of bars and restaurants after months of relative moderation", adds Frongia. "Who today has decided to raise prices - he concludes - did so in order not to lower the shutters before long, continuing to guarantee a service and employment levels".
