Petagna wins the run-off with Pavoletti, first striker with the support of Viola and Nandez, while Wieteska is back in defence. Ready, go and Bologna takes the ball and never lets go. S cuffet (9') had to intervene on Urbanski's shot from the edge, but Cagliari's response came immediately, in the 11th minute, with Viola attempting the Sunday shot from midfield, but the ball ended up just over the crossbar.
Thiago Motta's team dominates the game and, in the 24th minute, passes: Orsolini escapes on the edge of offside, prevents the ball from going to the back and passes Scuffet.
But Cagliari, who in the meantime were five behind with Nandez on the defensive line, equalized in the 31st minute: Dossena's throw, Petagna forcefully beats Calafiori, goes around Skorupski and makes it 1-1. Score carried until halftime.
