The 2026 Cabrarese Summer program continues with an event of great cultural and human value. On Sunday, August 9th, at 10:00 PM in Piazza Eleonora in Cabras, the musical and literary event "Amica d'Anima" will take place, dedicated to Michela Murgia.

The evening's protagonist will be Giacomo Contu , author of the book Amica d'Anima – Fragments of life and glances in the time shared with Michela Murgia, a work that recounts his bond with the Sardinian writer and intellectual through memories, reflections, and personal testimonies.

Sabrina Sanna will be in conversation with the author, while Filippo Scalas will provide readings. Naracauli's music will complement an evening that will include a book presentation, a performance of the eponymous piece, a concert, a reading, and screenings.

The initiative represents a moment of reflection and sharing, celebrating the cultural and human legacy left by Michela Murgia, who continues to inspire through her thought and civic commitment. An added value of the event is its charitable nature: all proceeds from the book's sales will be donated to AIRC, the Italian Cancer Research Association, to support cancer research. Admission is free.
