The increase in the single fund of local authorities, the fifty million euros of the regional part for the new stadium of Cagliari. The final green light should arrive today, at the end of a long marathon in the Chamber, because the goal is to get the ok before Easter, and in any case not tomorrow.
The most important measure, also for the requests that the mayors have presented for weeks, is the increase of the single fund . The minority asked for an increase of one hundred million for 2025, in the end the amendment of the Council passed that provides sixty million more for the current year, twenty for 2026 and twenty for 2027.
As for the stadium, yesterday's is another step forward towards the new stadium of Cagliari. The project, based on the December program agreement, remains the same as always: a facility with 25-30 thousand seats. The 50 million cover only a part of the costs expected for the stadium: the overall expense will be around 120 million .
