Book Fair, a record 2023: even three thousand readers arrived from Sardinia and Sicily
In total, the 35th edition of the event attracted 215,000 people in just a few days, against 168,000 last year

A record-breaking Book Fair.
In fact, 215,000 enthusiasts visited the Lingotto multifunctional centre, the Congress Center and Pista 500 of the Agnelli Pinacoteca on the occasion of the 35th edition of the Turin event , which has just ended, against 168,000 last year.
Of these, three thousand arrived from Sardinia and Sicily.
The peak turnout - the organizers say - was recorded on Saturday 20 and represents an absolute record for the cultural event.
More than 1,000 people, including staff, fitters and suppliers took part in the organization of the event.
Success also in the media and on the web: the Salone was in fact "captured" and narrated through 70,000 shots taken by the photography team, narrated in more than 2,500 paper articles, 4,000 web articles and 1,098 radio and TV broadcasts.
The number of accredited press and bloggers is also on the rise, reaching almost 5,000, a thousand more than in 2022.
