Bonifacio Angius with “I Giganti” makes an encore at the Annecy Festival
After the prize for the best direction also that of the Young Jury

First the compliments of Toni Servillo, after the two awards at the “Annecy cinéma italien”, the French festival dedicated to the best Italian cinematographic works of the moment. Bonifacio Angius received two awards for the film “The Giants”: best direction and best film for the Young Jury.
The screening of his third feature film was greeted with a standing ovation. The director from Sassari commented: “There is great satisfaction for the Youth Jury award, it means that the evil of living that I tell in the film belongs to everyone”.
In “The Giants” Bonifacio Angius acts together with Stefano Deffenu (former protagonist in the director's debut film “Perfidia”), Riccardo Bombagi and the brothers Michele and Stefano Manca at the first dramatic test after a career as comedians such as Pino and the Antibodies.
In Sardinia "I Giganti" will arrive on Monday 18 October at the Citiplex Moderno in Sassari, on Tuesday 19 October at the Cinema Odissea in Cagliari and on Wednesday 20 October at the Cinema Teatro Eliseo in Nuoro.
