The Sardinians - according to Adiconsum estimates - will spend a total of 75 million euros to win the goods offered on the occasion of "Black Friday", the Friday at the end of November in which - a tradition imported from the USA - shops and shopping centers are usually practice super discounts.

But the day of offers now spans several days (in fact we are talking about Black Week) and attractive offers can already be found on the island.

«In recent years Black Friday has also established itself in Sardinia, attracting a growing number of users who take advantage of the promotions to change the washing machine or buy a new coat - explains the president of Adiconsum Giorgio Vargiu - Electronics, clothing, footwear and accessories are in fact the products most sought after by Sardinian consumers during the week of discounts, and this year the number of users who will take advantage of Black Friday to anticipate Christmas gifts will grow».

However, Adiconsum itself warns: «Beware of scams» . «The increase in consumer attention towards Black Friday and web sales has led to an exponential increase in online scams - warns Vargiu - For this reason we invite consumers to be extremely careful, and to always check the offers even in physical stores : when possible, it is better to buy in small shops, in order to support the local economy and not the e-commerce giants».

But be careful - warns the association - also to excessively high discounts, off-market prices and messages and sites that contain spelling errors: "The risk of scams is always around the corner".
