Bianca Berlinguer gets married with her life partner Luigi Manconi. The couple, who have always maintained a strict confidentiality, perhaps would have preferred to keep this news confidential too, but the weekly “DiPiù” found the publications posted on the praetorian notice board of the municipality of Rome.

She is 62, he is 73, they have been together since 1996 and have a 23-year-old daughter, Giulia.

For the presenter of Cartabianca it is the second marriage, after that with Stefano Marroni, journalist today in charge of Rai communication. Manconi also has a marriage behind him, and two other children: he is originally from Sassari, journalist, university professor, writer and politician. He was a parliamentarian in three legislatures, first in the ranks of the Greens, then militancy in the DS and the Democratic Party. In the second Prodi government, from 2006 to 2008, he was Undersecretary of Justice. Visually impaired, he has lived with this disease for over ten years: he still writes editorials for La Stampa and La Repubblica today.

The date of the wedding has not been announced and in all likelihood it will never be officially communicated, given the couple's confidentiality.
