“Ambra Limpida”, the latest creation of the Ichnusa brewery in Assemini
Innovative and traditional with a very particular bottle
A bottom fermented lager beer with an ABV of 5% vol. The latest proposal from the Ichnusa brewery is called " Ambra Limpida ", innovative and traditional at the same time. From December it was available in preview only on tap and in some places in Sardinia while the distribution of the first bottles began yesterday , which also have a particularity: for their creation we were inspired by an old bottle found in the historical archive .
Ichnusa Ambra Limpida was created to satisfy the palates of those looking for a beer with character and at the same time highly drinkable, produced with a selection of caramel barley malts, cereals and hops, it adds a touch of rice grown in Sardinia, in the province of Oristano , which gives lightness to its aromatic notes and underlines the strong bond of the Assemini brewery, which has been offering its quality productions for over 110 years, with the territory.
The name "Ichnusa" takes its name from the "divine imprint" that gave shape to Sardinia, that sort of footprint that can be perceived by looking at the island from above. Ichnos in Greek means footprint.
