The sixth edition of the Banca Nazionale delle Terre Agricole (BTA) of Ismea has opened with almost 20 thousand hectares of land throughout Italy put back into circulation, for a total of over 800 potential farms and an auction base value of 260 million of Euro.

In Sardinia there are 80 lands subject to the competitive sale procedure, for a total of over 2,250 hectares and an auction value of more than almost 18.9 million euros . South Sardinia is in the lead with 35 lands and 1,057.74 hectares (47%) and Sassari with 23 lands and 822.48 hectares (37%) . This is followed by Cagliari with 14 lands for an area of 233.73 hectares (10%), Oristano with 5 lands and 69.32 hectares (3%) and Nuoro with 3 lands and 67.07 hectares (3%).

With Bta, Ismea intends to promote the mobility of the land market by reintroducing land into the production circuit, through telematic procedures, open to all and with the possibility, for agricultural entrepreneurs under 41, of obtaining an installment payment of the purchase price up to thirty years.
