The review of major events in the Cedrino Valley, organized by the Union of Municipalities chaired by the Mayor of Onifai Luca Monne in collaboration with the L'Intermezzo Association of Nuoro and the support of the Region, ended in Loculi with a concert by Piero Marras Autonomous of Sardinia.

The evening, opened by Valentina Chirra and Enrico Deiana's Durusia, was a great success and the municipal amphitheater was occupied by a large audience of enthusiasts who filled the steps of the suggestive structure in the heart of the "Sa Defessa" park.

Over three hours of music for a truly unforgettable final event also because it marked, after over 50 years of an extraordinary career, the debut of Piero Marras in the small town of the Cedrino Valley.

A lineup of immortal hits sung together by the many fans who did not want to miss the event organized to greet the new year by the Mayor Alessandro Luche who at the end of the performance paid homage to the artist born in Nuoro with a publication dedicated to the area.

The event, which began with the sold out of Tazenda in Onifai, continued with three stages of Nate Brown's American gospel which thrilled the audiences of Galtellì, Orosei and Irgoli.

Also starring are leading Sardinian groups on the national artistic scene such as the Tenores "Remunnu 'e Locu" of Bitti, the Melodias Arkanas of Tonino Pira and the female choir Urisè of Orosei directed by Daniela Contu.

The other mayors of the Cedrino Valley, Elisa Farris, Ignazio Porcu and Franco Solinas, were also very satisfied, expressing the hope that the initiative could be repeated next year given the involvement of the public and the tourist attraction of an event aimed at attract visitors even outside the usual sun and sea combination.
