Roberto Neroni leaves Arst, accountant Giovanni Mocci enters. The decision was made by the Board led by Alessandra Todde, on the basis of article 19 of the statute of the regional transport company, which provides for the change of sole director "at any time for just cause". Neroni's mandate had not yet officially expired.

A decision that makes Antonio Moro, president of Psd'Az, turn up his nose: «The Todde armchair factory continues its production of well-paid positions (almost 180 thousand euros per year) for well-identified individuals close to what, in other times, detractors defined with scandalous tones as the “magic circle”».
After having aired, in the corridors of politics, "the hope of voluntary resignation early, with respect to the natural expiry of April 2026, addressed to the sole director of Arst, the Regional Council, in the session of last Friday, has in fact deliberated his replacement, invoking article 19 of the statute of the regional transport company, where it provides for his revocation "for just cause"", explains Moro.

The considerations reported in the resolution, which refer to the need for a relaunch of the company, are branded as "smoky and generic. Some are ungenerous if not even offensive and aimed at the entire technical-administrative structure of Arst". For Moro they are "the premise for the opening of a new legal dispute that will see the president of the Region pitted against a valid regional manager who for 45 years has always served the administration with certified professionalism, experience and undoubted ability, especially with regard to the challenges of ecological transition, innovation and the creation of a modern, dynamic and effective mobility model".
With this latest "forcing", the former councilor continues, "it can be said that President Todde has definitively thrown off the mask: aware of her imminent decline, she strengthens management structures and multiplies positions, armchairs and perks, in the hope of creating the basis for an electoral consensus that no longer exists and that has never been a majority among Sardinians, as certified, among other things, by the increasingly frequent signs of "bad tolerance" that come from her own majority".
