“Absent present” and “Sc87” banners banned in Udine, Cagliari: «Perplexed by the decision»
The club defends the ultras: «Always admitted in the past, a choice we regret: fans of our engine, some left out»
Access prohibited to two Sconvolts banners at the Bluenergy Stadium in Udine, during the match on Sunday afternoon (which ended in a draw). And Cagliari football defends its fans who had reached Friuli to follow the rossoblù.
The club «expresses regret and perplexity for what happened yesterday in Udine: before the match the local authorities did not allow two banners to enter the away sector, which were always allowed during other away matches , in no way capable of violating the regulations in force. An episode that led some of the fans arriving from Sardinia not to enter the stadium."
These are the "Absent present" banners, in reference to those who have been banned, and Sc87, symbol of the Sconvolts.
«The club», we read in a note, «hopes that in the future, attention, diligence and equal treatment will be the guide for better football that is closer to the fans, the true driving force of our entire movement».
