The Rai 1 program “A sua immagine” makes a stop in Orosei, to dedicate an episode to the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Rimedio .

An entirely Sardinian production: with the director Salvatore Tomai and the author Roberto Fittipaldi the secrets of the sacred place will be revealed, about which Grazia Deledda , the first woman Nobel Prize for Literature, also wrote in her famous book “Canne al vento”.

The feast of the Madonna del Rimedio, in Orosei, in the province of Nuoro, with its novenas, in fact, still retains its ancestral charm, making it a unique opportunity for fraternity as well as devotion.

To act as guide, Don Maurizio Patriciello , to illustrate the details of the temple and the history of the place, in whose houses - which rise in a circle around the sanctuary - the Cumbessias , devotees gather to pray and celebrate the Madonna.

Filming is by Gianluigi Deidda and Claudio Castangia , the dean of Sardinian operators with over 30 years of experience in the television sector, and the collaboration of Eugenio Unida and Renzo Gualà .
