Kane gave the Bavarians the lead with a penalty in the 17th minute of the first half, then Kvaratskhelia equalized in the 25th minute, and Joao Neves turned the tables in the 33rd minute. Olise leveled the score at 2-2 in the 41st minute, but PSG regained the lead in the 50th minute with a penalty from Dembelé.

Kvaratskhelia scored his second in the 11th minute of the second half, then Dembele made it 5-2 in the 13th minute of the second half. Bayern responded in the 20th minute of the second half through Upamecano and in the 23rd minute of the second half through Luis Diaz.
