4x100 Relay, Lorenzo Patta Returns to the Track for the Final
The 24-year-old from Oristano will run the third stage in place of Fausto Desalu, who was not convincing in his changes

Good news for all Sardinian fans : Lorenzo Patta will also be in the 4x100 final in Paris 2024 .
The technical staff of the Italian national team will once again rely on the Oristano native in the third set, with the Italian quartet thus attempting to follow up on the medal won in Tokyo 2020.
Patta will be replaced by Fausto Desalu , a two-hundred-meter runner who appeared in good shape, but who did not convince the Italian speed manager Filippo Di Mulo in the changes in the semi-final, especially the one received from Marcel Jacobs .
Sicilian Matteo Melluzzo was confirmed to open the Italian fast quartet, which will be closed as usual by Filippo Tortu.
The appointment is for 7.45pm today .
