The United States, Iran, and a group of regional mediators are discussing the terms of a potential 45-day ceasefire that could lead to a definitive end to the war in the Middle East , Axios reports, citing sources familiar with the negotiations.
While waiting for confirmation of the deal—announced several times and just as often denied—the raids continue.
More than thirty people have been killed in the latest US and Israeli attacks against Iran , according to Al Jazeera, specifying that the night and morning raids caused at least 23 deaths, including six children, in Tehran province, five in a residential area of the city of Qom, south of Tehran, and six deaths in the southern city of Bandar-e Lengeh.
"Last night, six children were martyred in Tehran province," wrote the Fars news agency, which is close to the Revolutionary Guards. "As a result of last night's American-Zionist attacks in Tehran province, a group of civilians, including four girls and two boys under the age of 10 , were unfortunately killed," the agency said.
