President Vladimir Putin said this during a meeting with municipal leaders in Moscow. Responding to a statement by the head of a Lugansk municipality, according to which Russia will be victorious, the Kremlin chief said: "No one doubts it. And it is good that you remind us of this, as a person with combat experience."
